Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings, for hygiene and safety reasons

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Authorization

To initiate a return, please contact us at love@mementicharms.com within 14 days of delivery.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and posted

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Please check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take additional time to post

Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the eligible item following our return process and place a new order.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
